3. Payment & No Refund Policy

All payments are due as outlined at the time of enrollment.
Once payment is made, all fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of outcome, cancellation, or client satisfaction.

No Refund Policy: Due to the immediate start of labor, time, and resources upon enrollment, Lavish Consulting Group LLC does not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Clients who choose to terminate services early remain responsible for any outstanding balance owed.

4. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to provide exceptional service and assist clients in improving their credit profiles, Lavish Consulting Group LLC cannot guarantee specific results, deletions, score increases, or credit approvals.
Credit outcomes depend on each client’s personal history and the cooperation of credit bureaus and creditors.

5. Legal Compliance

Lavish Consulting Group LLC operates in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j.
You have the legal right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit reporting agencies at no cost.

6. Termination of Services

Lavish Consulting Group LLC reserves the right to discontinue services for non-compliance, missed payments, or disrespectful communication.
Clients may also cancel at any time with written notice; however, no refunds or credits will be provided.
