This program is specifically for future homeowners who are committed to completing the process and purchasing their home with Tiewana Norman as their Realtor® or an approved referral partner when applicable.

What’s Included:

• FREE Consultation: Receive a complimentary consultation during your service period to review your credit, financial goals, and homeownership timeline.
• Personalized Credit & Homebuyer Guidance: Receive guidance on credit rebuilding, utilization, on-time payments, budgeting, savings, and preparing financially for homeownership.
• Mortgage Readiness Assessment: We’ll review important areas that may impact your ability to qualify for a mortgage, including employment history, income documentation, tax filings, savings, debt, and overall credit profile.
• Strategic Credit Disputes: Receive approximately 3–4 rounds of credit disputes, depending on your individual credit profile and program progress.

• Comprehensive Credit Repair: We may address eligible negative items including hard inquiries, outdated personal information, medical collections, collections, charge-offs, negative student loan reporting, and other derogatory accounts.

  IMPORTANT: This program is intended for clients with NO NEW LATE PAYMENTS. Maintaining positive payment history throughout the program is essential to becoming mortgage-ready.

• Preapproval Preparation: Once your credit and financial profile are ready, we’ll help transition you into the mortgage preapproval process with an appropriate lender.
• Work Directly With Tiewana: Upon becoming preapproved, you will work with Tiewana Norman as your Realtor® for your home purchase in states where she is licensed. If your purchase is outside of her service/licensed area, you may be connected with an approved referral partner.
• Home Search to Closing: Once preapproved, Tiewana will assist you with the real estate side of your journey, including your home search, offers, negotiations, contracts, inspections, builder incentives, down-payment-assistance opportunities when available, and the path to closing.

Possible Reimbursement at Closing

Clients who successfully complete the Credit to Close program and purchase their home using Tiewana Norman as their Realtor® may be eligible to receive a reimbursement or credit at closing, subject to the specific transaction, lender guidelines, closing-cost limitations, brokerage approval, and applicable laws and regulations.

Reimbursement is not guaranteed and cannot exceed allowable closing costs or other applicable limits. Final eligibility and amount will be determined prior to closing.
